Since my departure from Accounting:

I have owned and operated multiple studios simultaneously in Melbourne

Set up, and coached numerous studios in Sydney, Brisbane, Surfers Paradise, Maroochydore, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Perth.

Developed an ongoing replicable process for running a successful portrait studio

Implemented strategies that take away the dips in the photographic year

Set up marketing, booking and sales strategies that have generated over $100,000 monthly income for a number of studios. This was achieved with current levels of staffing or in some cases, less staffing
